We have more than 82,000 customers in the Scandinavian countries and around 20 percent of all Scandinavian payslips have been through either our hands or our systems. We offer a working environment in which every employee seeks to create the best solutions for tomorrow within payroll and HR administration. Since we wish to have the best and most dedicated human resources, we attach importance to the ongoing professional and personal development of our employees. In practice, this means that we invest in our employees, since we believe in training, short decision-making channels and extensive self-management and motivation. In brief, you will have a versatile working day with skilled colleagues, clear goals and extensive responsibility.

How we work

In our everyday work, we have adopted agile working methods with self-organised teams of specialists. They deliver the highest possible commercial value in the shortest possible time. We have created a working environment with focus on quality, flexibility and the greatest possible exchange of experience.

Our corporate culture is based on creating solutions, taking decisions and achieving our goals. This gives each employee the greatest possible influence on his or her own work. We believe that this also creates closer ties, both professionally and socially, across units and functions.
